Two large magnetic anomalies identified at Lac Lisette

Montreal, Quebec, May 31, 2011 – Glen Eagle Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE: GER) (“Glen Eagle” or the “Company”) reports that the helicopter- borne magnetometer survey recently completed (see PR May 17) on the Lac Lisette phosphate property has outlined two large magnetic anomalies. The first, located in the southwest part of the property, is 750m wide by 6,000m long. The second, located in the northeast part of the property, is 400 m wide by 3,000 m long. Both anomalies suggest a strong continuity for the phosphate bearing lithology and confirms an important similarity with the airborne study previously conducted by Arianne Resources over its Lac Paul property hosting more than 300,000 million tons of phosphate. Differential GPS measurements of the survey have a better than 2 m horizontal precision.

On the first magnetic anomaly, the vertical gradient magnetic field shows at least 4 magnetic layers, one of which contains the magnetite-rich grab sample that assayed 7.2% P205 (phosphate), 11% titanium oxide and 60% iron oxide (Fe203). The survey indicates that this specific layer is at least 2,000m long. The second magnetic anomaly located to the northeast is comprised of at least 3 magnetic layers.
