Jean Labrecque, President, MBA, HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, was introduced to mining at a very early age. After growing up in the mining town of Asbestos, Quebec. The mine was one of the largest open pit mine in the world with approximately 3000 employees at its peak in the early 70’s.

Mr. Labrecque worked at the mine for 7 years as a summer student in the following departments: quality control, production, underground and open pit mining as a labourer.

Co-founder of TSX-V Pershimco Resources from 2003 to 2006.

Guy Chamard, Director, Engineer was until recently “Principal Director Mining” at Genivar, a major engineering firm in Canada with more than 5000 employees. Mr. Chamard has been instrumental over the last 20 years in developing from conception, construction to production several mining projects both in Quebec and abroad. Until recently he was Project Director ECPM (engineering, construction, procurement and management) for Canada Lithium.

Daniel Bélisle, CPA/CA, Chief Financial Officer, Mr Bélisle has more than 20 years of experience in executive positions specialised in auditing and financial management in the mining and manufacturing sectors. He is currently on the Board of Directors and acts as consultant for other mining companies as President of BF Growth Capital and is also a former member of the Board of Directors of Diabras Exploration. Mr. Bélisle also acted as manufacturing divisional comptroller for UAP and Principal auditor at Canadair (Bombardier). He holds the degree of Chartered Professional Accountant.

Frank Rosenberg, Director, Co‐Chairman of the Board, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Rosemore Inc, a Baltimore privately held company with a large investment portfolio and a wholly‐owned oil and gas subsidiary operating in the United States.

For the past 15 years Mr. Rosenberg has also been Chairman of the Board of Attransco Inc, a privately held international shipping company.

Mr. Rosenberg is also running the Hedge Fund Committee of “The Associated” whose mission is to address charitable, educational, humanitarian, cultural and social needs within the Jewish community in Baltimore, Israel and elsewhere.

Mr. Rosenberg is joining Glen Eagle’s Board of Directors to enhance the asset value of the Company with his extensive experience in running and financing large corporations.

Mr. Rosenberg earned a Chemical Engineering degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Emory University.

Gilles Laverdière, Director, Geologist with over 32 years of experience in mining exploration, project evaluations and financing.

Hossam Shatta, Director, Lawyer with 15 years of experience in project financing. He has been Glen Eagles’ consultant to represent the company in the Middle-East region.
